All PixelWorks graphics were created by Michelle Godin and therefore are copyrighted property and will remain so. They are only licensed, not sold to you which means that by purchasing and downloading these products, they do not become your property; you are obtaining a license to use them.

USER LICENCE: COMMERCIAL USE

This licence is intended for digital scrapbooking kit designers, photographers, scrappers-for-hire. If you wish to use these products for any other purpose, please email me (contact@pixelsarthouse.com) for permission.

If a commercial use product comes to you in a fully-coloured format  then you do not need to recolour or modify it before including it in your kit.

If a commercial use product comes to you in greyscale, black or white, or a layered template then you may NOT resell, repackage or redistribute it as-is in the original form. It must be modified (coloured, add texture, incorporate with other elements, etc.)

You cannot create an element pack or kit with ONLY my products in it. They must be included with other things. My products can only make up to 40% of your kit.

You may NOT create commercial use items with these products.

You may NOT use these products to create templates for sale.

You may NOT make freebies with these products.

Credits are not required.
